The March and Rally for King Day at the Dome will begin with an Annual Prayer Service at Zion Baptist Church, 801 Washington Street, Columbia, SC 29201 on January 19, 2009 at 8:30 AM.

You are welcome to join us during our Sunday School Prayer Breakfast at 9:15 AM on March 29, 2009 at the church. In addition to our prayers, there will be an excellent meal prepared for us by our Kitchen Staff. Youth recognitions and testimonies will also be made during this time.

You are cordially invited to participate with us during the 2009 Midlands CROP Walk Against Hunger at 2:30 PM on November 15, 2009 at the SC State House grounds. The registration will begin at 1:30 PM. The distance of this 31st annual walk is 3.1 miles (5K). If you would like to participate or make a contribution to help feed those persons in the Midlands that do not have enough food to eat, please see Deacon Herbert Barnette.

Our goals are to fellowship with our members, their families and friends, celebrate National Family Week and celebrate the Thanksgiving Holidays. The guest speaker for this worship service will be announced at a later date. This is a joint worship service for Zion Baptist Church and New Ebenezer Baptist Church. However, all visitors are welcome. Please help us to bring in the new year.
